Amit Shah Launches Motorcycle Rally Celebrating 25 Years of PM Modi’s Service

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday inaugurated a motorcycle rally from Vadnagar to Varanasi, part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan, celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25-year tenure in public service. This event marks a significant milestone in Modi’s political career, which began when he assumed the role of Gujarat chief minister on October 7, 2001.

The rally, which began in Vadnagar, Modi’s birthplace, coincides with his 76th birthday and aims to spotlight his public life and achievements. A parallel motorcycle rally from Varanasi to Vadnagar was also launched, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh officiating the start. Both rallies are scheduled to conclude on October 7, symbolizing the anniversary of Modi’s entry into public office.

Approximately 300 bikers are expected to participate in each rally, traversing multiple states and villages along the way. The campaign’s purpose, according to Shah, is to educate younger generations about Modi’s political journey and to communicate the significance of this milestone to people nationwide. It is a concerted effort by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its National Democratic Alliance (NDA) allies to celebrate Modi’s enduring influence in Indian politics.

The rallies form a key part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan, a broader initiative designed to honor Modi’s contributions and highlight his leadership qualities. By engaging communities across different regions, the campaign aims to foster a deeper understanding of Modi’s impact and legacy. The yatras are expected to generate significant public interest as they pass through various localities, bringing Modi’s story to a diverse audience.
