In the video, Modi hailed the new legislation as a significant advancement towards a reliable examination system and pledged stringent measures against the “paper mafia” responsible for exam leaks.
Responding to the Prime Minister’s announcement, Dipke took to social media to express his disapproval. He not only mocked Modi’s appearance in the video but also questioned the effectiveness of stricter laws in addressing the persistent issue of exam paper leaks. According to Dipke, the focus should shift from merely punishing offenders to preventing the leaks from happening in the first place.
